If you haven’t been…

default-16x9

...on site in the last 3 days (shame on you), you may not have seen the lovely new frontpage takeover created by our design team to advertise the fact that, as mentioned last week, we are gearing up towards this year's TrainingZone Live on 15 May at Dexter House in London. Aside from Jim Kirkpatrick doing a brand new first-time-ever three-session exploration of the Four Levels, we also are pleased to welcome as our closing keynote speaker Steve Backley, two-time Olympic silver medallist. Steve will be talking about how you can 'transfer Olympic performance to the workplace'. Looking forward to that massively. Also in the mix are newbies Julie Wedgwood and Heather Townsend, and the returning Seven Suphi and Jennifer Holloway, plus Nick Shackleton Jones and Neil Almond. Tickets for this unique event are available here.

Content curation is a hot topic at the moment, with Julie Wedgwood's TZ Live workshop and an upcoming article from Nigel Paine (going online this Monday) just two places where you can find out what it's all about. With services like paper.li, scoop.it and storify, curation will remain important and very much top of mind when it comes to understanding the semantic web. Something to look into if you're struggling to make sense and order of the wealth of great info out there. Is content curation a replacement to sites like TrainingZone? I don't think so. There is overlap, sure, but TZ is much more than an information repository, and will continue to develop after our site relaunch later this year. More news on that soon...

  1. Interested in attending

But the website does not seem to say when the workshops start & when it is expected to finish (apologies if I have missed it).

Please can you point me in the right direction.

    Thanks
