1. Tender or proposal?

   Is this actually a tender where you will be up against other organisations or is it a proposal?

   This one seems as though I’m not necessarily against anyone else… but can’t be certain, butall the signs seem right.

   Getting the information right, and especially the mosty appropriate layout is challenging.

3. What to include

   Hi Steve

   Listed below is a suggested format

   • Heading page (MS Word has loads of templates that you could use)
   • A brief piece about your organisation (your choice as to whether to put it here or at the end)
   • Outline confirming what you discussed with them (showing you have listened and understood their requirements)
   • Outline of what you’ll do and the reasoning behind it – include timings, over what period, objectives/outcomes
   • Benefits to the organisation
   • Costs (include development costs, delivery costs and any expenses e.g. travel and subsistence)
   • T&Cs
   • Contact details
