Impact of HR and training on business performance

default-16x9

I am often reading that 'the link between HR practices and business perfromance is now well established'. I am aware of various studies (eg the IPD/Sheffield research), but I haven't come across anything that lists all the articles/books/research papers in one place. I am particularly interested in training, development and talent management.

If anyone has a good bibilography I would be most grateful. My email is [email protected]

  1. ‘Living Strategy’
    Hi Richard,

Last year I read Lynda Gratton’s book ‘Living Strategy’ which I found very useful. In the back of the book is a useful bibliography which covers a range of such research/books/articles.

    The ISBN is 0-273-65015-7

    Kind regards,

  2. HR articles and research
    Hi Richard,

Have a look at my website http://www.hrexcellence.co.uk
It is free to use, and non-commercial, so there are no adverts or pop-ups, no registration etc, it has loads of links and a search engine.

I set it up as a personal research tool a while ago.

    Hope this helps

    Doug
