Improving written english

default-16x9

I have a colleague who originates from Turkey and English is her second language. A significant part of her job involves writing formal reports and although her english is generally good, she makes mistakes in tense, use of words and other errors. This is causing problems for her (and also her manager who is having to ‘correct’ all her work). It is as if she is needing that final 10% to get her written english really OK for the formal setting she is working in. If you have any ideas, or have come across any training which could help, I would be very grateful.
Thankyou
