Induction Assessments

default-16x9

During our induction programme we give new hires assessments that they need to complete at the end of each module. We find that this is dificult to manage and creates a lot of "paper waste". Any advice on online tools that may be available to manage this? Thank you

  1. Paper Free Solution
    Hello

I use websurveryor to create online survey’s about products, final assessments for Induction training and also training feedback. it will collect all your answers which you can either print off in Pie chart form or you can download the information to put into excel. I find find this most helpful

  2. Questionmark™ Perception™
    Hi,

The Questionmark™ Perception™ assessment management system enables you to author, schedule, deliver, and report on surveys, quizzes, tests and exams.

This complete assessment management system enables you to create questions and organise them into exams, quizzes, tests or surveys.

You can schedule people to take the assessments, deliver them in a variety of ways and then view the results in 11 different report types.

    Hope this helps.

  3. Successful induction assessment
Assessing induction training can be very unsatisfactory for the trainer and for the new starter. Paper waste is part of the frustration. Another is the formal nature of many approaches to tests – a reminder of school, which is often a negative memory.

Another way of testing new starters is to use a more informal approach eg a quiz which covers the same material you might use in a formal exam or test. That way, staff can mark each other’s answers and you can test in a more relaxed and fun way.

Let me know if you would like more information about induction and I’ll email you my article “The Benefits of Great Staff Induction”. My address is [email protected]

  4. Elecrtonic Evaluation Service
If you are looking for an electronic system that takes away the hassle of assessing and evaluating training, have a look at Assessing Success. Reports are produced that provide you with detail of whether the training has been absorbed by the learner and provides data to use in ROI as a result of the assessment. Hope this is useful.
