I am currently revising the Induction programme across the organisation. I want to link it more closely with the performance review system and to provide a series of milestones and development opportunities throughout the first year of appointment.     Hi I have been appointed into Training Managers poet within a NHS communication centre and am reqired to develop /revise the induction programme for call handlers, nurses &GP’s. If any one has any information i would greatly appreaciate it
