I am currently revising the Induction programme across the organisation. I want to link it more closely with the performance review system and to provide a series of milestones and development opportunities throughout the first year of appointment. I would be grateful for infomation from anyone who has implemented a similar programme, or general tips on induction that have worked for your organisation
