  1. Yes & Yes
    In a previous job we relied heavily on induction workbooks to support learning. We create a “Directed Learning” workbook with questions relating to each section of the induction course so that inductees could refer back to it at a later date. Learners were also provided with copies of any training material in a separate workbook.

    We too use inductions workbooks for each section of the programme – product – systems – sales and have found these to be very popular with both the delegates and the trainers
