Influencing 3rd party suppliers

I have a client that would like me to deliver in house training to half a dozen team members who are having difficulty when dealing with 3rd party suppliers. The company would like a 1 day workshop covering influencing skills, negotiation, asssertiveness etc. Can anyone help with material or ideas please?
