Does anyone have any wonderful and exciting ideas to helpme design an inflencing skills workshop. Its for a contact centre and the advisors need to influence people to make donations. Any ideas?

I’d strongly urge you to get hold of a copy of Robert Cialdini’s book “Influence: Science and Practise”.
It has a solid foundation in psychology, and is an easy and entertaining read.
Even though it’s been some time since I last read it, I can think of at least three detailed ideas in the book that you should find useful.
