Integrating library management into your LMS

We have a small corporatetraining library but the records are kept in a bodged tegether part of our Oracle HR database (items are treated as learning events and searches are very poor - you have to know what it is called!)
Next year we will be running SAP with the LMS functionality, but that does not, according to their sales team, include library management.
Does anyone have any experience of affordable software to manage this. It doesn't have to integrate, that would just be a nice to have feature.
