Integration of Macromedia content through THINQ LMS

default-16x9

Customers can now launch, track and manage Macromedia Dreamweaver-built courseware through the THINQ TrainingServer® Learning Management System (LMS).

The integration directly benefits THINQ LMS customers who use Macromedia Dreamweaver, the market-leading visual authoring software for Web professionals, and Macromedia Coursebuilder for Dreamweaver, which extends the product to create interactive Web-based learning content. The integration allows LMS learners to launch a Dreamweaver course, track their progress, and transfer assessments and scores from the course back to the learner's transcript.

THINQ's LMS and Macromedia's authoring tools meet AICC and SCORM e-learning courseware/LMS interoperability standards. THINQ, has also conducted compatibility testing to ensure that customers who use Macromedia authoring tools can import the courses into the LMS.

Ray Maskell, president of THINQ Learning Solutions said, "Dreamweaver is a widely used tool in the training
community, so it makes good business sense for us to make it as easy as possible for our current and prospective customers to streamline its use within their LMSs."
