Can anyone suggest an interactive exercise I could use on an induction programme? It should focus on customers awareness, team work and sharing best practise?

I write/run induction courses, so might be able to help you, but I need a bit more information.

Our induction exercises tend to focus on groups working together anyway, (so that tackles the teamwork element)to produce the desired answer/outcome.
