Interpersonal training for ex offenders

default-16x9

Bottom line is they are reluctant to take part in any exercises as they feel they have nothing to learn in ths subject. Feel they have no problem getting on with people and communicating with people. I need ideas of how to get them engaged initially without role plays as they are reluctant to take part. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

  1. A book which may help
    Hi Pat

There’s a book about communication which you may find helpful and which may provide new material for you. It’s called Non Violent Communication by Marshall B. Rosenberg. Some of the examples are a bit trite, but the basic principles are excellent.
