Dear all,
I need to prepare for a 45 minutes presentation for an interview on how I will design a global management training strategy and I was wondering if any of you could share with me some ideas on how and what to prepare for it that could be delivered successfully in the time I have been allocated.

Call me a cynic, but if you are being asking in an interview to give a three quarters of an hour presentation on this subject I’d say that you are being asked to provide a fairly significant piece of free management consultancy to an organisation…….
