Interview questions

I would like your help with some suitable questions for use in an interview for the recruitment of a Training and Development Manager.

Eagerly awaiting your responses!

  1. Specify
This is a very broad question, and thus one that cannot be specifically answered.
However, a good way to formulate questions is to specify them from objectives for the role.
These would include questions that would seek to elicit appropriate knowledge required for the role, evidence of continuous personal development, achievements and successes in previous roles and questions that seek to idenitfy candidates who have a good cultural fit to you organisation.

    Hope this helps

  2. Targetted Selection

There’s a selection process which I know as Targetted Selection. The approach to questioning here is to build up “STARS” on the candidate.

Let me know if you want to know more and how to go about formulating the questions.
