Interview Roleplays

default-16x9

I need a generic roleplay as my clients vary and I would like to put just ONE into this course that tests the core skills covered (questioning, listening, body language, preparation, structure etc) They need to be concerned with the delivery and feedback of the roleplay rather than the job title they are being asked to recruit for.

The groups can be between 3-4.
Interviewer, interviewee one or two observers.

Any help would be appreciated, its Friday, dark and 4:55pm and I want to go home.
Thank You

  1. Interview Role Plays
    Hi Karen,
I have an instruction set for a fairly simple role play which I have used successfully many time in my Interview Skills program. If you, or anyone else, would like a copy – contact me at catalysis@eircom.net and I’d be delighted to send you a copy.
    All the best.

  3. Interview for their own job
Karen – why not get them to bring along a job description and or person specification and a 1 page CV for their own job. You can then get participants to role play being interviewed for their own job – obviously focusing on the interviewer! – with an observer using a checklist to give feedback.
