There will be a mixture of sectors as mentioned above, so would love to hear from anyone with any ideas or experience. Will be greatly appreciated!

  1. Explore Successful Mentoring in Education
Schools have been successfully operating mentoring schemes for young people for some considerable time. They tend to follow models focusing on the individual, therefore a good understanding of the individual is essential. Confidentiality is vital, mentors will benefit from training and mentoring themselves. Systems work best when led by the mentees needs.

  2. Experience in this area.
I have a lot of experience in working in this area with this age group, but not on an online basis.

I’m currently looking at transfering my existing courses to online material.

Is there a particular area on which you are focusing. Would be interested in discussing further.
