Introducing the concept of the Learning Organisation

default-16x9

A Polish subsidiary of a multi-national FMCG business is planning a seminar in Szczyrk (4 hour drive from Warsaw)on the 25-27th July to introduce the concept of the learning organisation (LO) to their senior managers.
In addition to providing an understanding of what a LO is, they want to focus on one of the LO disciples e.g. team learning, and through workshops and plenary sessions, provide the managers with skills and confidence to put the disciple to use immedietly.

Can you recommend a trainer/consultant that could achieve these goals in the time available.

Hi, Ian, the best possible person to contact for this is Clive Hook at Clearworth (01453 764484, clive.hook@clearworth.com. ) Not only is this Clive’s and Clearworth’s specialty, but he has valuable experience working with FMCGs, and in a wide variety of different countries and cultures.

    Dear Ian
Please feel free to give me a call on 07702 433284. I helped create an LO using a self directed team methodology which included the delivery of experiential workshops to enable people to understand the core concepts and apply them in the business.
    Kind regards

    Hello there Ian,

I’ve been involved in the creation/building of Learning Organisations using methodologies initiating in Quality Improvement and Continuous Improvement, as well as in the building of self-directed learning contributing to an LO atmosphere in Manufacturing, FMCG and the Travel Industry.

What really intrigues me about your request is that I’m half Polish, and speak some of the language.

Please get in touch and I’m sure I can give you some pointers in the right direction 07970 922984.
