While both frameworks emphasize employee development, IiE extends the approach to drive measurable business outcomes and staff engagement through excellence standards.

  1. Investment in Education?
There’s a scheme called Investment in Education run by the Pacific Institute (http://www.pacificinstitute.co.uk/) that’s to do with self image and self-esteem for education staff. Don’t know if this is what you’re thinking of, I can’t think of anything else known as IIE.
