The Institute of Personnel and Development has announced that it is to conduct an annual training survey commencing this year to examine expenditure budgets, training focus, changing methods and training impact on business performance.
A telephone survey of members with resonsibility for training is being conducted by a research company.
The results will be published at the IPD Human Resource Development Week in April.
This information will be of interesting value for comparative purposes, both as a year-on-year reflection of how the market is changing, and also in contrast with the Key Note trends report into the same industry
