I am looking to see if employers can fully differentate between PDP for work purposes and for personal reasons. Do you believe that staff can develop services through access to a PDP

  1. Personal Development Plans in the workplace
    The last organisation I worked for incorporated a two tier PDP, one was entirely work based and the other level was based on their own personal development and a link was made between the two.
