  1. Personal Development Plans in the workplace
    The last organisation I worked for incorporated a two tier PDP, one was entirely work based and the other level was based on their own personal development and a link was made between the two. Depending on the relevance to the workplace of your personal plan decided whether you qualified for internal assistance (financial).
