e-skills UK, the Sector Skills Council for IT and Telecoms, are inviting training development managers to an event showcasing apprenticeships in IT and Telecoms.
The lunch and seminar entitled: 'Apprenticeships-exploding the myths, has been organised in partnership with BT, and will take place on Monday 14 July in London.
Presentations will cover a range of topics centred around work-based apprenticeships. It also offers an opportunity to meet both business people and apprentices who are already benefiting from work-based learning programmes.
Keynote speakers include John Denham MP, secretary of state for innovation, universities and skills, and Sir Mike Rake, chairman, BT Group and chair of the UK Commission for Employment and Skills.
