Interesting news from CompTIA this week. The Association has
created a Cornerstone Committee to provide supervision for the
Certified Technical Trainer certification (CTT+). The committee
consists of thirteen members (to date) from leading training
companies. Trainer Development Manager for SkillsCERT ltd., Lisa
Evans will chair the committee.

In other CompTIA news, the company has issued information about
two new certifications, Security+ and i-Net+ due for release.

Cornerstone Committee to Guide CTT+ certification
The Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA) has
created a Cornerstone Committee to provide supervision for the
Certified Technical Trainer certification (CTT+).

New I-Net+ due for release in beta form
CompTIA will be releasing a new version of i-Net+ certification
on April 12th, however the old version will not retire until May

Macromedia Flash Exam available in Beta April 30th
Macromedia are currently looking for candidates to take the exam.

Networking+ grace period ends
New Networking+ exam has replaced old certification
