IITT awards 2001
Our very own IT Editor Carrol Rowe was part of the judging panel
which awarded this years Institute of IT Training's IT Training
Awards at the beginning of February. Over the last month, we've
been profiling several of the winners to hear about best practice
in this area.

Anna Robinson won the Institute of IT Trainers Award for IT
Trainer of the Year 2001.

Bradford & Bingley won the IITT Award 2001 for Internal training
project of the year which involved a fundamental change to their
approach to training.

Delay on publication of employment code for e-mail use
The Information Commission, previously known as the Data
Protection Commission are delaying their publication of the draft
employment code until they are sure of their advice to firms
regarding the monitoring of employees e-mail and internet usage.
