Editor's Note
=============
Information overload? If you've got it, you can content yourself
with knowing that at least you're a victim of a current trend.
E-mail is often seen as one of the main offenders - once your e-
mail address is out in public, you're likely to receive plenty of
unsolicited as well as solicited mail. While the debate over
exactly how private e-mail at work should be rages on, Nestle
Rowntree have taken the bull by the horns and banned the use of
e-mail on Fridays. Whether this has the desired effect of
encouraging people to communicate direct with each other remains
to be seen - how will relationships with clients and customers be
affected? TrainingZONE wonders whether it isn't just a case of
'think before you mail'...
