IT training support staff

default-16x9

I will be holding a seminar day for a group of staff tasked with providing telephone, one-to-one and small group training support for a new IT system we're instroducing. The day is meant to tease out any issues they may have and provide them with more confidence in their role. Key areas we would like to brainstorm include: 'Possible barriers to IT training and one-to-one or small group training techniques'. Does anyone have soem suggestions on how to facilitate this for 100 staff on one day?

  1. cabaret style
In a large group event (100+)recently we randonly split the group into a cabaret style (10 per table). Each had a facilitator. Directions came from the front. Each table worked independently and results were bought to the front.
