Job Chat

Job chats are informal appraisal conversations used to evaluate employee performance and development. This post seeks practical insights on implementation approaches, success factors, organizational types, and best practices for using job chats as an appraisal system.

I would be grateful if anyone has any information on the practical implementation of “job chat’s” as a form of appraisal system.

Any background as to success (or otherwise!), system used, type of organisation, etc.

And – in retrospect – any do’s or don’ts.

Alternatively, could anyone direct me to a good source of information on this subject.

Many thanks.

  1. Performance appraisal toolkit
Spookily enough, we have just today launched our new performance appraisal toolkit. The toolkit gives help and advice on setting up a performance appraisal system with regular review and gives help and advice on running successful appraisal meetings. It also contains all the documentation you need to introduce this type of appraisal. For more information visit our website at http://www.pdc-online.co.uk
