Johari or perception exercise

Hi there

I have recently joined a company and am working on a customer service skills training course.

In my brief I have been asked to include a perception exercise based around the Johari Window, but can't find anything I can do. It has been suggested that I do it in a questionnaire style like the belbin exercise.

Can you suggest anything?

It would probably help if you worked backwards.

What exactly do you want to achieve from this exercise? Once you have the answer to this it’s fairly easy to conjour up an activity.
