A few years ago I attended a training course and they had a self perception questionnaire for you to work out your own Johari window so you can see what is known to others and known to yourself.
It was a really good tool, but I seem to have mislaid my copy.
Has anyone got a copy they can pass onto me or point me in the direction of where I can get or purchase this?
Any help will be appriciated

Hi Stuart
It may not have the actual questionnaire, but visit the ‘businessballs’ website which has a lot of information about interpreting the Johari Window etc, and will point you in the direction of other useful links. I first used this website a couple of years ago and have found it an invaluable (free!) resources and references, including training games, icebreakers etc; there’s even quotes and posters, and explanations of every business acronym you can think of! You can obtain content on Johari windows and associated exercises in Communication Skills Training Materials. The package also contains trainer instructions, slides and workbook content on how to describe the subject.
