Junior Talent Pool

I'm tasked with designing a junior talent pool which will replace our graduate recruitment programme. The delegates will come from existing employees who are good performers and demonstrate high potential. From your experience, what does a great talent pool/talent management process look like?

    There I was, surfing training zone for inspiration around talent programmes and developing high potentials, and your face pops up! I don’t know if you’ll remember me, I attended your BFL course at ADT a couple of years ago..time really has flown since then! Hope you’re well anyway and still inspiring people 🙂

    I also wondered if you still had the case study you mention in your post below (it was from 2007 so I’ll forgive you if not!)
