Just In Time – On line training for presentation skills?

default-16x9

My compnay is about to run a large change programme and the delegates will need support for when they present the key messages to their people. What providers could you recommend that supply on line "Just In Time" training for such a requirement?

Thanks in anticipation

  3. Multi media JIT
    Hi Mark,
2 years ago we embarked on a magor change programme intended to tap into the potential of every emplyee. We took the company through a 2 day WCM concepts event, which included the following:
    1. Total Quality
    2. Team Building
    3. Problem Solving
    4. Kaizen techniques
    5. JIT simulation
We followed this up by running on site workshops which allowed employees to practice the learning. At the end of the week the teams presentaed their findings back to the MD (The results were amazing ) I did coach them through their presentation before hand emphasising that they are the experts of what they do, not the MD.
Since then i have been working with our local schools on a joint venture to develop manufacturing type training for 16yr olds still in school. The programme we have chosen is the JIT simulation game which encompassess all aspects of Lean manufacturing. The results have been so successful that i am going to develop the JIT game into a multi media format. It is my intention to have a self facilitae package avialble by the end of July this year (very optimistic i know)
I very rarly use external training providers, prefering to develop our own internal facilitators instead. This ensures that we practice the learning continuously not just when consultants are around.
