Has anyone identified and successfully used a Leadership Development provider to facilitate the development of middle and aspiring senior managers and clinical leaders against the NHS Leadership Qualities Framework?
We have devised a comprehensive leadership development framework for the organisation and are able to support much of it using in-house expertise. The area we need external input with is the facilitation of a programme to improve both the competence and confidence of leadership within the middle manager and senior clinicial staff groups. We need to strengthen their ability to lead within the highly dynamic arena of the NHS. Underpinning NHS, organisation and core management knowledge are provided from within our own resources.
