Learning 2008 lines up speakers

The first wave of keynote speakers for the Florida based Learning 2008 have been announced.

Kevin Kelly, founding editor of Wired Magazine, will be speaking about upcoming changes and trends in how technology and collaboration is used for work, community, business and life, while Rita Colwell, former director of the National Science Foundation, will be talking about learning for and about science and technology".

Elliott Masie, author of the 2008 Learning Trends Report: Social Learning, UserContent, Changing Models and Changing Learning Assumptions is also set to speak with others due to be announced shortly.

The event, which will be held at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida from October 26 to 29, is open to all training and management professionals and this year carries the theme: All About Learning.
