I have been given the task of writing a learning and development policy. I work for a government department and would like to ensure that we are being fair and following best practice. Has anyone tackled something like this and is able to share their ideas? Or do you know where I could find guidance on the Internet? The searches that I have performed have produced some bizarre results!
