I am running two separate courses in July on Leadership for Senior Managers and Managing Change pitched at a strategic as opposed to a skills level.They are both 15 hours over 3 days
I need interactive course material that I can pick up and facilitate . It must have a softcopy and preferably have video and simulated exercises /activities which highlight the learning objectives.
I have experience of facilitating at this level but need material which addresses the strategic issues and perhaps introduces a recognized/accepted model or theory.
I would welcome any ideas from people who have delivered on these subjects.at this level

What Change do you want to manage?

It depends on what your view is of managing change.
I talked to a PA last week who is normally a bright happy individual with a lot to say about everything.
She was pale and withdrawn and could not stop looking at the ground.
I asked her what was the matter and she told me that her department had got a change manager in.
When I asked her what was wrong with that she told me that they were all waiting to find out who was going to be sacked.
If what you want to do instead is to show your group how they as individuals can create real positive change to grow the culture and their profits then I can probably help.
