Learning Reps – A Joint Statement

default-16x9

As a national organisation, we are committed to the concept of trade union learning representatives as part of our learning support strategy. Does anyone have any examples of joint statements from the top of their organisations AND the trade unions involved to capture the core values and intent of this important relationship? Any comments or examples would be gratefully received.

When I was in the public sector, dual orjoint statements of the sort you describe were the norm. I think you should approach the TUC and CBI for prevailing thinking which colleagues assure me is still positive
