I am looking to desing a 'Directory of Development Solutions' with WOW factor.
Does anyone have any layouts/medias that they have successfully tried and tested that they could please share?
Specifically I am considering a learning styles questionnaire on the internet then offering appropriate tools for learning - does anyone have such tool or a easy to use learning styles questionnaire that they could please share?

To put a learning styles questionnaire on your intranet will require the permission of the author – or you risk the wrath of the lawyers.
Your best bet would be to talk to Peter Honey and see what options he has for offering the LSQ on line or linked to your intranet.
Remember than with any LSQ a person will only show a preference – from my experience almost any solution can be delivered to any particular profile as long as it is packaged correctly. For example I am a very strong pragmatist, with low reflector BUT I have completed a number of distance learning programmes successfully – WHY – because I set up a support system that consisted of action learning stets and projects to meet my needs.
Remember that with any learning style that style is not used in isolation – it is only a preference.
