I am currently assessing the Level 3 Certificate in Learning and Development and I have a question relating to acceptable answe3s to the following to knowledge criteria from unit 1.
1.1 Analyse the objectives of learning and development for learners and for organisations
my question is what would you expect to see as an answer for this question?

First thoughts
My first thoughts are that it's not a very well worded question.
Ask a vague question and you are likely to get a vague and meaningless answer.
Unfortunately this is a common problem!
Don't you have assement crietria you could refer to?
