Hi everyone, I'd be really grateful if any of you could share a set of questions you've used successfully for level 4 training evaluation?

    I send out a post event follow up questionnaire which asks

    What have you done differently since the event?

    What have been the challenges?

    What outcomes have you had?

    I get replies such as :-

    an 11% improvement in customer satisfaction scores

    a 22% increase in productivity

    a 15% YonY increase in profit

  2. Level 4 Evaluation

    emaimane – sorry not to send you some off-the-shelf questions, but shouldn't these questions come from the conversation you have with your stakeholders?   So, instead I'll suggest a few quesitons that you could pose to stakeholders – their answers should indicate exactly what you need to evaluate…..

    • * What business issue(s) will the training help to solve?
    • * Why does this issue exist?
    • * Why do you want an evaluation?
    • * What kind of information would you like to see from the evaluation?
    • * What decisions will you make based on this evaluation information?

     

    No use collecting eval data that nobody wants!!
