US website Lguide, who specialise in evaluating and reviewing e-learning offerings, have announced their pick of online learning products so far this year.
Lguide has trawled through over 1,700 e-learning products since it started evaluating online learning. Its latest Editor's Choice Awards, announced twice-yearly since they launched in March last year, have been made to Harvard Business School Publishing's 'Managing for Performance: Virtual Teams' and Quisic's 'eBusiness Series' for their 'exceptionally engaging course content, design features, and instructional elements.' "These courses are outstanding examples of the best that e-learning has to offer," said Chris Hedrick, Lguide's CEO.

In March, Lguide published a slightly costly but comprehensive guide to the quality and availability of e-learning, providing an overview of the key providers, a detailed evaluation of their course content, a list of best practice features to look for in that type of provision and a useful map plotting suppliers against quality of design and delivery.
