default-16x9

US e-learning commentators Lguide have announced the winners of their Editor's Choice Awards for September 2001.

The twice-yearly awards were last presented in June to Quisic and Harvard Business School. This time around, three publishers have been recognised for 'excellence in producing online learning courses'. UNEXT's Cardean University, Communications Development Inc and Imparta Ltd, have, according to Lguide's panel, 'demonstrated exceptionally high-quality course content, design features, and instructional elements.'

The courses which have received the commendations are CDI's grammar and writing skills course, "ClearWriter," a series of 25 tutorials, the "Network Effects in the Information Economy" Suite from UNext's Cardean University and Imparta Ltd.'s CD-ROM course, "Strategy CoPilot" and its online "i-Coach" component, looking at business strategy. To find out more about what Lguide's panel thought of the courses, see www.lguide.com.
