One of our clients is considering using one of our training programmes to sell on a license basis to their clients. This would include a workbook- to be updated regularly, delivery of some of the courses, developing and delivering new courses and quality assurance. Any advice on what we should charge them on an on-going basis, pricing, Intellectual Property etc.
