THINQ and Peoplesoft form strategic alliance...

The aim of this new alliance is to extend learning management capabilities, particularly the launching and tracking of e-learning courses and consolidated training procurement, for Peoplesoft customers.

"Although THINQ TrainingServer LMS and PeopleSoft HRMS both manage training from a 'people' perspective, by adding the THINQ LMS joint customers will be able to expand their capabilities by launching and tracking e-learning," said Ray Maskell, THINQ's chief operating officer. "Ultimately, we're creating a powerful system - greater than the sum of its parts - for PeopleSoft customers who are launching enterprise learning programs or extending existing ones."

Crisp Learning has signed a 2 year agreement to licence the Geo Learning Center LMS and 3D e-learning delivery platform to manage and support its training content, run on an ASP hosted basis. As well as additional LMS administrative capabilities, enterprise level customers will have a customisable 3D interface to create a personalised virtual learning environment, and a new e-commerce-enabled online store to purchase a range of training offerings.
