A colleague of mine in local government has been raving about a trainer who runs Best Value-Equal Opportunities for Customers/Staff courses.The jargon he uses to describe the course is 4 C’s plus 4 E’s and 4 D’s. It sounds specialist and there might be an angle towards your work. Does this make sense!!
