I'm in the process of implementing a new performance related pay scheme. Part of ensuring that it'll be a success relies on training the managers beforehand. Not only how to work with this bespoke scheme, but also how to ensure that they work with business objectives in a stringent way, that can withstand scrutiny when individual pay decisions are based on assessments of performance against individual objectives.
I'd be very grateful for recommendations of trainers who are experienced in developing managers in this area.
I really look forward to hearing from you.
Thank you.

Training managers
Hi Sarah
This reply may be too late now but if you are still looking for help with this please contact me at jan.lifebegins@btinternet.com
Managing and assessing performance is a challenge for most managers but when you introduce performance related pay into the arena it gets even tougher! I’ve been working with a huge national law firm on this method so lots of experience to share.
