Looking for a ‘Training Needs Analysis Questionnaire’

default-16x9

I'm looking for a Training Needs Analysis Questionnaire to be given out to all our staff members. Staff are currently quite de-motivated due to a climate of constant changes etc. Therefore, I'm looking for something quite inspiring as opposed to the traditional 'tic box' type of questionnaire. would appreciate any advice.

  2. Toolkit available
You might wish to consider our TNA toolkit which includes templates and clear guidance on how to run a successful TNA. It is a tool which has proven to be very popular with a range of companies of various sizes.

The toolkit and templates encourage line managers and staff to consider existing skills against the skills required in the various roles undertaken. It is a comprehensive approach covering people and business skills, computer skills and technical skills and the toolkit contains everything you need including examples of people skills and a clear way of assessing current skill levels.

The toolkit is CD based but comes with a hard copy of the guidelines and a case study. It costs just £75.00 plus vat.

  3. You might want to try this?
We are on-line suppliers of questionnaires. If you are looking to distribute the questionnaire via the web will can design you a questionnaire as part of the price.

We have an enoromous number of questionnaires which we can mix and match from.

  4. a couple of quick ideas for Needs analysis
I hope these help and are not too simplistic, feel free to mail me if you wish to discuss them further.
Ask each member of staff to do a simple force field analysis and then to feed in those areas where they feel constrained that training/development would help them overcome. plus you can pick up on those areas where there are enabling forces that can be further developed. This would overcome the questionnaire tick box approach.
Alternatively you may ask these four questions.
    1. What do you do well? (ID’s potential mentors)
    2. What do you want to know more on to do your job even more effectively?
    3. What elements of your job do you find tricky?
    4. What personal or business skills do you believe you need to help you in your role?

  5. Training Needs Analysis Questionnaires
Mari, I am also looking for a straightforward TNA questionnaire to collect data, primarily for a sales force, on skills, knowledge and development needs. It must be easy to understand as the audience is mainly Arabic, i.e. English is their second language.

    Thanks

    R

  7. Visio Drawing
    Dear Mari,

I have a Visio drawing which I supplied to another ‘answer seeker’ a few weeks ago. It is not a document ready to be handed out to employees but could be very helpfull in making one.
Pleas contact me if you would like to take a look at it and tell me if you can ‘read’ Visio drawings.
