I need to train people on writing compelling effective proposals - and I'm struggling to find anything that doesn't include a lot of extraneous stuff (like deciding when to bid etc which we don't need as the opportunities are evaluated long before they reach the proposal writing team) Ideally I'd like something that is a blend of self-study and instructor time, that can be managed face-to-face and virtually, and something that we can take 'off the peg' and re-use as we need to do so...any ideas?
