Looking for novice trainers with whom to share experiences

Are there any any novice trainers out there that want to share their experiences. I have done training on an informal basis, but I am due to undertake the C23 NVQ train the trainer course at the end of November. It would be good to have contact with novice trainers to grow and develop with.

Thanks Eriner.

  1. The Force is with you!

Welcome to the world of training! I’m what I suppose you’d call an “experienced trainer”, with 5 years under my belt, but that’s the joy of training. The most experienced trainer will look to improve him/herself as much as the beginner, & there is no such thing as a novice. You’ve helped to develop your friends & family all your life. It’s just that now you’re going to get paid for it!

Good luck on your C23. Where are you going for it? What subject(s) will you be delivering?

    Hi Eriner
I have been training for three and a half years now and seemed to have seen and done loads of things, however I would still consider myself a novice, especially when one of my more learned colleagues have been training for more than 25 years! You are welcome to email me sometime if you want a chat; I’d be more than happy to have contact with another person who is developing in their HRD role/career – like me!
    Kindest Regards,
PS: I’m going for my Post-Grad Certificate in HRD next spring – aaaargh!
