CIPD Training Survey
I attended the HRD 2000 conference and there was a seminar on the then IPD Training Survey which gave a lot of statistics on Training. Unfortunately I have lent my copy of the survey to someone but I’m sure if you contact the CIPD then they will be able to find you a copy. Statistics included Methods of Training, Time Spent on Training and Methods for TNA plus alot more.
