Making Quality Management System training interesting

default-16x9

We have a Quality Management System established and as a result of a recent audit wish to ensure that all staff understand the procedures and how to use the system. We are running a training session on this at a big technical meeting running over three days - we could therefore run a single session on QMS or could run some shorter sessions over the three days. Being a rather dry subject I am interested to know of any innovative ways to make this more interesting and therefore make the learning more effective

  1. is QMS a dry subject?
    Hi Clare
As this is your own system I cannot just send you an activity or exercise – each methodology is different.

I am not sure that the subject needs to be dry – any subject can be exciting or dry depending if you have a passion for the topic or material.

Even an interactive session can be dry if the presenter is not totally engaged.

Have you asked the person who designed the system to put something together?

the decision to run one session or multiple ones depends on the goals and objectives you want to achieve and the audience.

Sorry this post may not be as helpful as you were expecting. If you want to give me a call & share some of the specifics you need to communicate, I am sure we something could be put together.
